Do I pay anything to search or ask questions?
Absolutely not. Browsing, sending a WhatsApp, and receiving photos and videos from our team costs nothing. You only pay once you confirm the Proforma Invoice.
What if I don't like the inspection report?
You walk away — no charge, no obligation. The inspection is commissioned to protect you, and you only proceed if you're completely satisfied with the result.
What does the PI include?
The Proforma Invoice includes the full vehicle price (FOB China), export handling fees, domestic transport to port, and a shipping estimate to your destination port. Everything is itemised with no surprises.
How do I pay?
Payment is made via international bank transfer (T/T) within 2 business days of confirming the PI. We do not accept online card payments. You'll receive our full banking details in the PI.
